How do I start using Savespot?

A place always belongs to an account, so what you really need is your own. It takes seconds to create, with a phone number or with an email — either works.

Access is invite only, on every plan, so the next step is talking to us by Instagram DM or by email. From there you have two routes, whichever suits you: ask for the code and open the place yourself in the app, or give us the business details and we'll set it up, with you as the owner of the place as soon as it's ready.

After that it's setting services, prices and duration, inviting the team with each person's hours, and opening the schedule.

What does it cost?

There is a free plan, to start or to try it without a clock running, and a paid plan, which adds the social media assistant, the web booking page and unlimited team members.

Current prices and what each plan includes are in the pricing section, which is where they stay up to date.

For your clients it is always free, on every plan.

Where do bookings come from?

From the app, from your booking page — your own link and a QR code, with nothing for the client to install — and from the DMs of the networks you connect, through the assistant.

Wherever they come from, they all land in the same schedule, in real time and never double-booked: the slot is held while the client finishes.

We keep opening new channels. When one arrives it feeds the same schedule without you changing anything.

What exactly does the assistant do?

It answers the messages arriving on the networks you connected and completes the booking inside the conversation itself: service, staff member, day and time, without leaving the DM.

It understands natural language, including the names of your services and your team. If the requested slot is taken, it offers the next openings instead of letting the client go.

When a human is needed it tells you and steps back for 12 hours, so it isn't talking over you.

Can my team have different permissions?

Yes. There are three roles — owner, manager and staff — each with their own permissions.

Hours are set per person, and days off, breaks and Portuguese public holidays are already included.

What if a client doesn't show up, or wants to cancel?

Every booking carries its own personal cancellation link. The client handles it alone, without phone calls, and the slot goes straight back on the schedule.

To cut no-shows, the app sends a push the day before every booking and alerts you to last-minute ones.

Can I see how the business is doing?

Yes: an occupancy map by day and stats for the last 30 days, including revenue per service.

Do my clients stay organised?

You import contacts from your phone or scan the client's personal QR. Each record keeps visit history, private notes and one-tap contact.

5 questions

Do I have to pay anything?

No. For the person booking, Savespot is free, always.

Do I need an account? And a password?

An account, yes — it's what keeps your bookings. You sign in one of two ways, whichever you prefer: with your phone number, confirming with a code by SMS and no password at all, or with email and password.

Do I have to install the app?

You don't. You can book in the app or straight in your browser, from the place's booking page.

Will I remember the appointment?

You get a reminder the day before. If you booked through the app, it arrives as a notification.

What if I need to cancel?

Every booking has its own cancellation link. You cancel in one click, without calling anyone, and the slot goes back to being free for someone else.

Still have questions?

Ask whatever you need and we'll answer. If you then want the code to open your place, that gets sorted in the same conversation.
