Automated Messaging and Conversational Assistant

We provide an automated conversational assistant (“Assistant”) that can receive and respond to messages sent by users to our Instagram account. The Assistant may collect the message content and the metadata associated with the message (for example, timestamp and sender identifier), and — when requested by the user — will create, modify or cancel bookings on behalf of the user.

Data collected via the Assistant: name and contact details provided by the user for booking purposes; message content and metadata; any additional data the user chooses to provide (e.g., service requested). If you already have an account in our mobile app, we may associate message data with the account information we already hold.

Purpose of processing: to respond to user inquiries, to create/modify/cancel bookings, and to provide customer support.

Human interaction: Your conversation will only be viewed or responded to by the Instagram account owner you are messaging, if they choose to reply personally. We, as the application provider, do not read, access, or intervene in your conversation. There is no escalation to any external human operator, and no message content is used to train machine learning models without your explicit consent.

Third parties / platform:

Messages are transmitted and processed via Instagram/Meta systems and via our service providers. Processing by such third parties is subject to their privacy policies and platform terms.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

• Information regarding your location
• Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library
• Information from your Device's Contacts: With your prior permission, we may access your device's contact list. This information is used exclusively to allow you (as a Service Provider) to import your existing clients into the Application, creating client profiles automatically. We only upload the specific contacts you choose to import to our servers.

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.

• To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

Automated Messaging and Conversational Assistant

Consent to Automated Actions

By linking your Instagram Professional Account to our Application and enabling the Assistant, you, as a Service Provider, explicitly consent to the Assistant performing automated actions on your behalf only after receiving your direct and explicit requests via messages sent to your Instagram account.

Automated Decision-Making and Human Interaction

The Assistant can perform automated actions such as creating bookings on behalf of the user who sends messages to the Instagram account of the service providers using our app and who have enabled this functionality. These actions happen only after explicit user requests via messaging.

If you choose to use the “talk to human” option in the chat, the Assistant will pause its interaction with the conversation temporarily, allowing you to communicate directly with the Instagram account owner (the service provider). This option does not escalate the conversation to any human operator or staff member of our app.

The Assistant will resume interaction only after a timeout period configured by the Instagram account owner.

You have the right to request a human review of booking-related actions by contacting the Instagram account owner directly through the chat.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Message content and related conversational logs will be retained for 12 months after the last interaction, unless otherwise required for legal obligations or pending disputes. After this period, such data will be securely deleted or anonymized. Booking-related personal information (such as name, contact details, and service booked) will be retained for 3 years to comply with business and tax record requirements.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.
